On July 4, 2024, EPC srl participated with great enthusiasm in the event “Food and Territory: Sustainability in Our Daily Habits,” held at Oasi delle Stelle, Azienda Agricola Pernigo. This event, part of the Cities2030 project, brought together experts, local producers, and food enthusiasts to explore how daily habits can contribute to a more sustainable future.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Event Highlights:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expert Discussions: Professors from Ca’ Foscari University of Venice and industry specialists delved into how daily practices can promote sustainability, sharing innovative strategies to enhance local resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Live Culinary Demonstration: The talented chef Valentina Raffaelli conducted a live cooking demonstration, presenting three seasonal dishes that highlight the quality and variety of local products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beverage Pairings: Fuori Cucina curated a selection of beverages to complement the dishes, further enriching the culinary experience of the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event provided a valuable opportunity for networking and discussion on transitioning to more sustainable urban food systems (CRFS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EPC srl is proud to have participated in this event, marking the culmination of four years of technical commitment and support within the Cities2030 project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
