The RENEWLAB project aims to promote sustainable development within the construction and renovation sector. It focuses on establishing experimental renovation centres ideally located in vacant existing buildings—and connecting them with key stakeholders in the industry.
Core objectives include promoting a circular economy, testing sustainable materials for construction projects, fostering young talent, developing training and awareness-raising initiatives for the construction sector, and strengthening cross-border and interregional cooperation to facilitate the implementation of the EU’s directive on buildings.
EPC assists the project partner with financial management, monitoring, and reporting, providing support to ensure that all administrative and financial requirements are properly fulfilled.
